She's a lawyer and doesn't know the law. The United States Code says the unorganized militia consists of all males between the ages of 17 and 45. I heard her say the 2nd Amenment is a State right and that it applies to the National Guard. The National Guard is a standing Federal Army. State militias are seperate from the unorganized militia as spelled out in Federal Law. She's just another liar in a long string of liars. The militia of the 2nd Amendment is the unorganized militia composed of the body of the people. The National Guard...she needs to go back to law school.
