Why is that. This is what I call is a die hard propaganda. Other countries of the UN, under past Presidents and I am sure under future Presidents too would pay their fair share. Now if you say that if President Bush continues in office and the other nations refuse to deal with him, then it is a different issue. But going by history, I see no reason why the other nations would be hesitant to pay their fair share. They did so in Afghanistan. France sent troops. Isn't it. Then why the propaganda.
