Quit your nonsense of oil for food program. Talk about the American taxpayers' money being stolen by Halliburton. That is more serious to me since we use taxpayers' money to buy the bullets, take charge of the oilfields and then turnaround and continue to hit the US taxpayers by awarding exclusive contracts to the VP's company Halliburton. So again, get off your arse and talk issues.
