Homebuilder TARR: Bought back shares I previously sold, and upped position.

I am hoping they are still are target to at least meet their '05 estimates:

"Tarragon Corporation simultaneously announced its 2005 earnings guidance. Net income for fiscal 2005 is expected to be $75 to $80 million, or approximately $3.85 to $4.10 per share, fully diluted, based on projected total consolidated revenue of $475 to $525 million." 1/5/'05 p.r.

Would be a p/e about 5 or under at today's closing price ($19.48). That's too low a p/e. (Maybe -- and also having to assume -with no evidence - that '06 earnings won't drop substantially from '05.)
