Your attempt to take Mr. Pilch's comments that were accurate descriptions of cultural conduct norms in America at the time America was founded and apply them to the WWII culture of Germany is quite stupid.

And yet for all of your discrimination against the Nazis, you Americans, like the Nazis, now murder countless millions of children instead of Jews. I am therefore persuaded that it was not you Americans who did anything against the Nazis. It was we Americans who did it. You Americans are not the moral descendants of those who fought the Germans. When you are not murdering babies, you Americans are advocating never-ending sanctions against murderous dictators, pages of empty resolutions and worthless "summits" to address the world's problems.
