He srews up constantly. The golden calf was his idea. The levites made out well considering Aaron's mistakes.This is a humble man? Yes, he is humble enough to do as he was told by God. And maybe all those souls he killed went to the "stupidity feast" of the afterlife and were happy there? You can't really pretend to know for sure, can you? We are lowly mortals. We cannot pretend to understand the will of God all the time. Judges 17 Then Manoah inquired of the angel of the LORD , "What is your name, so that we may honor you when your word comes true?" 18 He replied, "Why do you ask my name? It is beyond understanding." God's knowledge is so much greater than we can comprehend, that we can't even understand an angel's name . Moses was humble because he understood the vast shortcomings of our human condition.
