Is "take exception" an authoritarian way to say "I disagree?" We all have opinions. Mine is that rates are being held artificially low and they will soar. I could be right, I could be wrong, it's still my opinion. And the timing, by an amazing coincidence, will be after the election. Just like the bill being drafted, which "they" had hoped to keep quiet, to revive the draft next Spring. And that is not subject to opinion, that is a fact.
