Albright wasn't in the Bush Administration

But Albright did deliver the message, for Bush. I'm pretty
sure it was her. If not, well, the senario did happen, but
who delivered the message isn't as important as what
happened as a result.

"Prior to her appointment [as secretary of state],
Secretary Albright served as the United States Permanent
Representative to the United Nations "

Something else I fould on Albright:

Former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright told Fox
News Channel analyst Morton Kondracke yesterday she
suspects President Bush knows the whereabouts of Osama bin
Laden and is simply waiting for the most politically
expedient moment to announce his capture.
