Bush could have prevented the 911 subway anthrax attacks, if only he'd listened to Kerry's 1999 "warning". Yeah, that was close enough alright. But wait, since Kerry's "warning" was issued in 1999, what did the Clinton administration do to prevent the 911 subway anthrax disaster? Note to readers - apparently in the Kerry Spirit universe, AQ attacked NYC's subways with anthrax on 911 instead of flying planes into buildings.
