Wouldn't it be a LOT cheaper? Better for Iraq, and saving my tax dollars! I don't think the Dickster is being very efficient. Not good in a man a heartbeat away, etc. He could subsidize EVEN MORE of his deferred compensation with the money stolen from the American taxpayer via Iraq and Halliburton.
