I not only did not misunderstand but the opposition was shown to be in error. No discrimination what so ever, that is what you refused to recognize. ... nor was clinton impeached for having sex, but peops will continue to insist that he was because they can't admit their initial mistake in wrongly supporting him, and they had a lot of extra baggage attached to the issue making it even more difficult. You made the wrong assumption at the start and you were never willing to consider that. So... here we are again.

You cannot argue for discrimination.

Certainly you can. I wouldn't but I don't think such arguments should be illegal or otherwise forcibly disallowed.

More importantly you can argue for allowing some discrimination without actually arguing for discrimination, just as someone might argue for the right of a communist or nazi party to exist without arguing for communism or nazism.
