LOL. Who's paying you for all those keystrokes? Why would Hal overpay "foreign" (US) truck drivers, when they could send the checks to "Dickster," as you call him, instead? Doesn't comport with the fiction you've set up. And I don't attribute such evil motives to VP Cheney. Claims of war profiteering, some true and some exaggerated, is as old as civilization itself. I'm much more concerned about Clinton's selling nuclear weapon and missile technology to the Chinese.
