Teresa Heinz is just as much "under wraps" as Laura Bush is. She's not running for president. She has done many campaign appearances though, almost always at his side and she handles many Hispanic events because she speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese.

Heinz is called "the patron saint" of Pittsburg for all her charitable giving there. She will actually help John carry Pennsylvania as Pittsburg includes many crucial swing-voters. Of she was always a Republican until she switched parties last year, in disgust over the way the rightwing attacked war hero Max Cleland.
