michael: if Bush is as wise as his speech writer wants him to be, he will stick to Reagan's eulogy and talk about nothing else. The ELSE will come automatically and does not need to be alluded to or even acknowledged. The American public will see lots of the big Reagan in little Bush and will see much of what Kerry is not by concentrating on what Reagan was.
