Kerry is evidently still perceived as "undefined."

Comment: That's what happens when you don't lead on
issues but instead use the finger in the wind approach
to try and define your position.

A stock market analogy might be the difference between
leading and lagging indicators. If you rely on the
latter, you've missed the move.............:-)
