What we have in common are strong senses of independence and self-sufficiency. We're all also quite curious, tolerant, and introverted. It's hard to imagine anyone fitting that profile ever adopting religion.

Ouch.

Well, let's see, I think of myself as having a strong sense of independence and self-sufficiency. I think of myself as being quite curious and tolerant. And I suspect I am about as introverted as you are.

Yet, I believe in God.

So, does that make me chopped liver, or what?

So, I suppose that you see most religious folks as being
dependent, self-deficient, uncurious, intolerant &
extroverts?

Very interesting revelation.
