The NUN needs to be an actual military force which kills violent opponents. Not a pathetic bunch of armed observers who get pushed out of the way or tied to stakes [to keep them out of the way].

Clinton used Nato, not the UN. It was believed a UN resolution would not be forthcoming. UN went in later as peace keeping.
