But when John Kerry fought and killed for his country, saw the "ugliness of war", and then spoke out against it, you condemn him. So you're only happy to see an officer "speak from the heart" when he shares your point of view?

Given what I perceive that you stand for, I still don't understand how you can support a war evader over someone who served, even if you disagree with his conclusions.
