Yes, that's right. Many liberals continue to malign Reagan's intellect. I agree with you they are not in their right mind - assuming they have one.

Did you? No. Do you know anyone who did?

Of course. I know several liberals who I have heard mock Reagan as a dunce. I can think of three right off the top of my head.
