It rained all day here, Tommy. Is it really rain, or is it the advance liquid phase of that meteor just impinging on the earth's atmosphere?

When I called the meteorologist at the local TV station about the question, all I get was a loud chuckle and a comment that "it's one of THEM again" before he hung up on me.
