Clinton WITNESSES an attack in 1993...and did nothing about it. And the dope he appointed to DOJ put up a non-required chinese wall between CIA and FBI to ENSURE that the AlQuaida ops in this country COULD NOT BE FOUND!

Clinton DID do something about it. 9-11 happened on Bush's watch not Clinton's. Bush dismantled much of Clinton's counterterror team including demoting Clarke, remember? CLinton was not perfect but Bush did absolutely nothing. Kerry also warned Bush in his May 2001 speechb. Bottomline, Bush has no excuses for ignoring terrorism until after 9-11. No excuses at all. You can try to cover up fro him all you like but he was AWOL on terror.
