Failures of Bush. Hmm, the steel tariff was a mistake. Probably the Canadian tiff over wood imports - don't have much knowledge or interest in that issue though. I think he should have pushed Powell much more to clean house in the State Dept., particularly in the aftermath of 911. We have a real long-term problem there. the Kerry Plan for Iraq is pretty close to the Bush plan for Iraq. But Bush is taken more seriously by world leaders, whether they all admit or not.
