Chinu, The purpose of that was to point out that the spirit of kerry claimed to be unaware of the issue. For one who knows everything about kerry - it is a bit hard to believe. Of course - par for the course - just fun to nail ks with a clear one!

Chinu, your post makes absolutely no sense. The TSA did not exist at that time, it was created after 9-11.

And you want them fired? Bizarre...

TSA created in the wake of September 11th started on November 19 2001 with a blank sheet of paper--a handful of executives who all had the desire to build an organization the way they always wanted one to be built. The "plank owners" of TSA struggled with extremely long working days--many were 12 to 15 hours seven days a week--and extremely huge tasks.

They had Congress to account to--for security in all modes of transportation-- and legislated deadlines to meet. Right at the start millions of traveling customers were counting on TSA to secure commercial aviation for everything from a visit with their new grandchild for the first time or that dream job interview. These customers didn't want to slow down but many were afraid to fly after September 11 2001.

If these guys did not know that they have to take this to the TSA, then they should be fired from their federal posts.
