The latter objected to all the Iran Contra stuff, while Bush agreed to it. But, of course, we don't know that. Still hung up in the footnotes after all these years, aren't ya? The Sandanistas, who I am sure you thought of as "agrarian reformers" at the time, are now gone. So is the wall. Which, of course, you believe was just an accident of history that Reagan had nothing to do with. I bet you thought the "tear down this wall!" was too macho. In any case, it is waaay past your bedtime. :>)
