INGN has been under pressure for the past several months because of its previously announced plan of issuing another 5.5M of new shares.Although they cancelled that on March 19,( because of "market conditions" <g>), the fact is that they will need another PIPE and PIPEs are not popular these days.<g>

As I mentioned on a note to Zeta, I sold my INGN shares and was planning on buying some back around $5. ( I was tempted and bought some this morning at $5.27 but had to sell it a few minutes later around $5.48 because it was not acting well.<g>) I may buy a few again at $5.25 if I can
