I suppose you could turn up a quote from Wesley Clark or someone. But not anyone who is actually involved in the process or who is in a position to know.

The fact is that the hunt for bin Laden is almost exclusively Special Forces, and we could easily put more into the effort if needed.

I'll say this. If our military is so dilapidated after 8 years of Clinton that we can't handle Iraq and bin Laden at the same time, it has been "let go". It seems like every time a Republican follows a Democrat as president he has to spend the first four years of his administration rebuilding the damage done by a Carter or a Clinton or an LBJ.
