I doubt it, there are too many sheeple out there for a president to actually accomplish something useful.

I imagine he will be far better than Bush, but I have no illusions about the guy.

Again, you are lying. Are you the new Corrigan? Kerry voted FOR the biggest defense budget of all time and has NOT advocated ANY cuts in defense spending.

In fact he wants to enlarge the military by 40,000 men, something Bush should have done 2 years ago if he were really so "strong on defense". Instead, Bush out-sources the extra military work to Halliburton whose personnel are paid $150,000 a year to do the same work our military guys could do for $30,000 a year. Mercenaries are also not held accountable for anything they do, and Halliburton and others in general are gouging tax-payers ruthlessly in Iraq.
