I agree. Terrorism is the 21st century plague. Eradication is critical, wherever it may be.

Heh. You will be surprised to know that there were other countries who accused US of doing exactly what you are insinuating about other countries (allowing the terrorists to flourish). I can speak for India here now - where India was pleading with USA, Canada and UK to crackdown on terrorist/seperatist who were using their soil for fund raising, planning and signing of terrorist strategies from here. In fact all 3 of them turned blind eye to India's pleas to the extent that some politicians were saying that those terrorists were freedom fighters. (sounds familiar ? ).

Also do you know that many of the Al Qaeda funds have been raised in UK, USA and other western nations in the past. Not that these nations willfully allowed their flourishing.

You are right about one thing though.. any nation that deliberately gives succor to terrorists should be dealt with a firm hand to the extent of removing the governments. The tricky part is defining the parameters of wilful support provided to terrorists. And no, Iraq did not count.

These nations include Saudi Arabia, Pakistan.
