This stock looks interesting. One-year earnings and cash-flow ratios are compelling. However, ...

Why does the stock keep going down? What is this put liability of $5.6 million and does it have you worried? Although the one-year free cash flow is good, the last quarter was negative. Guess you get some variability with constuction companies.

With debt > equity, I wouldn't exactly say there is a huge margin of safety --- if things go bad this company could go in the crapper. On the other hand, it seems like it could appreciate a couple times over.

One of those instances where I have it on my watch list, don't do anything about it, then wonder later on why I placed it there if I wasn't going to do anything with it.
