(As in: help convince the Saudis and others to come onboard and sign their checks for the war. That was one of the most brilliant moves I've ever seen for defraying a war's costs. By two or three years after the war's conclusion --- when all the checks that were going to come in from the Saudis, Gulf States, and Japan had cleared --- some 80% of the cost of the war had been repaid.)
