What could be more important than that? Very astute of Tertullian to see through the devil's carefully contrived plan. So shall we infer that Satan's plan extends all the way back to the neolithic cave-painters and their simple but beautiful ...and worshipful drawings of animals of the hunt ? It would be instep with the crafty but limited reasoning of Tertullian ...but then again Tertullian had no idea of how far things really went back did he ? Since the Bible only encompasses some 23 generations of men ...what clever little devils got into those early human hunters to draw such incredible art in such dark places of the earth some 150 generations before our humble friend Tertullian ? Ah yes ...must surely have been the devil that made them do it , which is just so amazingly informative .
