But Cary, our trade balance has been indicating the same for over half a century. Nothing has changed except that the industries affected today are be different. Those affected in the past who chose to compete prospered. Those that did not perished. If an American can design a better chip than intel, let him. If it is an Indian, let him. We all benefit.
