So, he was met by police. If he'd committed some crime, why wasn't he arrested? The $64 question, Maurice.. The $64 dollar question... But the second time around, there was no excuse for not having dealt with him more harshly, given the proximity in time of the two crimes (within two months of one another).. Surely the police involved knew this was his second offense, but that fact was never revealed during his hearing, which was sealed. And I don't see why it was sealed since there was no actual minor involved, merely detectives posing as such. If it had been you or I, our faces would likely have been plastered in the local media...
