If you inflation-adjusted the Carter years the outlays would have been greatly diminished. Just admit the truth, nobody, Rep or Dem, "gutted" the military. Another piece of far right urban legend false dogma that's simply not true. John, its amazing to me that a reasonably well educated man like DR can 'think stupid' like that.
