I noticed the statistic that you posted. It is meaningless to me. There was an incredible smear campaign against Reagan too. One area where you could get a strong opinion from me is with Clinton. That man had no character and did immeasurable amounts of damage to this country.

Polls? you seem to think that I have something invested in Bush winning. I don't. I would prefer Bush over Kerry, but I consider them both to be less than desireable as leaders of this country.

Since polls seem to matter to you, shouldn't you take the challenge to show that you are a man of conviction? Just think of how you can use it on other threads...you can say "Hey! I put something on the line for my candidate! if he doesn't win, I have vowed to leave SI for a year". Instant credibility. Shows you aren't wishy washy.
