I suspect that the article feeds into your own dislike of the man, and that makes it easy to agree with negative statements like this. I have only seen him upholding the law, and have not seen him bend it. The article did dig up some dirt on him in that he got the library opened up on a Sunday so his son could study. Is that your example, or is there one during his current tenure?
