If it is the CURRENT head of state. Can you tell me which US representative attended Francois Mitterand's funeral? Or for that matter who attended Indira Gandhi's funeral (she was sitting head of state when she was murdered) and was attended by all heads of state that included British (Thatcher) and other heads of states. Finally, how about Mother Terasa's funeral ? I am not expecting US presidents to go everywhere and neither do I expect others to come.
