"what conclusion smacks you in the face?" That the Bush team is smart enough to get legal opinions on controversial issues. Smart men. "Show evidence that Bush didn't know what was going on...." Because I am an American, and believe in innocent until proven guilty I will not go on a silly, and obviously impossible task of proving someone is innocent. I think you are incredibly stupid (and hateful), but I think even you know that guilt can be proven, but innocence cannot. That is one of the greatest aspects of being and thinking "American". You don't have to prove you are innocent like you might have to in some other cultures. Like Saddam's for instance.
