I wonder when we'll start hearing people say they regret not borrowing more at the low fixed rates when they could.

Here's a question for everyone. If the rest of the economy (the one the fed uses to measure inflation) was doing as well as the real estate market...what would interest rates be at this time?

Any guesses?
