The real problem, as I see it, is that so many people appear to believe they "know" what has been happening, and they "know" what will happen in not only the short-term, but long-term, future. If anyone actually knows anything about where real estate prices, interest rates, the economy, and the course of world events will go in their lifetime, hopefully he or she will warn or alert the rest of us so we can join in the party. Unfortunately, they're required to speak rather loudly, because they will be drowned out by the others who also "know" exactly the opposite.
