Info from practice as opposed to theoretical or in this carefully designed experiments. Most psychiatrists (MDs) and psychologists have had at least 1/3 of their patients on SSRIs for about 4-9 years now.

There have also been a number of surveys of clinicians for data on SSRI effects. These tend to cover the broad general population, as opposed to the narrow slice used for most clinical trials.
