I think you are hearing Scotty in the engine room saying, "I don't think she can take much more Capt'n!"

The Tbill is screaming up. Those old guys at the Fed are going to have to get in shape if they want to catch up to rates because they are running away from them now. I doubt they can hold off 'till the election.
