The Iraq issue was more the imminent threat, more than some WMD's themselves. Most larger countries in the world have WMD's of some kind. They'd have to find huge hiudden stockpiles of ready-to-use weaponized WMD's in Iraq now to make any difference to Bush's credibility on the matter. Also remember Cheney lied and said Saddam was one year away from having weaponized nuclear missiles.
