"I was talking about writing a Constitution and you knew that..." How the Hell would I know that, Sandy? Especially since you were responding to my posts about the Kurds threatening to withdraw from the Iraqi central government (and my comments about Bush I and Scowcroft predicting that civil war would be the logical outcome of toppling Saddam). PS --- you do know that they've already admitted that this 'Iraqi constitution' won't be binding on any new elected government that comes into office, right?
