SBC announces its intent to spend up to 6 Billion dollars on Fiber to the curb and fiber to the premises. This move bodes well for ININ as SBC has been in a losing market share position to broadband cable. ININ has the key IP Voice platform which SBC has already committed to roll out.

Soon, very soon...this bear will be history. Stalk em now cause this bears wearing a bright pink dress with those bright white dentures.
