"Exactly." It is not "exact" for you to say that he bends the law (or sight that as an example of your dislike him). And it is not "exact" for you to state he has a "lack of integrity" (or sight that as an example of your dislike him). It just looks like you dislike him, and you will pin on him (or try to) anything that will support your dislike. I assume this because I wouldn't like him if your attributed flaws were true. But they are not. You guys must do this to justify your dislike internally. It's probably hard to live with these strong dislikes (same as hate?) without any reason. So you guys make something up that sounds good to you. And if it is not true, I'll point it out. Good food for thought for you.
