rrufff, I can't say that an addictive personality is responsible for being a bigot, or insisting that all others must believe as he does. There are some people that get a notion in their head, that they put all their chips into, and it makes them believe that only they can know the truth, and that all others are damned unless they concur.

I state my opinions in no uncertain terms, but am always willing to hear what others have to say as long as they don't treat my opinions as if they were the products of hell, or some other demonic place. I have had many discussions, on other threads, in which there were disagreements, but both of us agreed not to be disagreeable, even though our beliefs differed. It seem that cannot be done on this thread, because the terrible trio gets enraged when anyone does not, completely, agree with what they believe.

Actually, this thread was started by Jake Straw, who never intended it to become a religious thread, and certainly not a battlefield. Humorously, his suggestion was to pray to God to bless investments in the market. Knowing that was not something one should pray to God for, I can't call that a good idea, but what has happened over the years, is far worse.
