Why is administration contributing to the brouhaha by trying to parse what is torture v/s what is not torture ? Ashcroft testimony was pathetic in that regard. btw: I disagree that it only involved SEVEN military personnel who were poorly trained. Also any idea why Rumsfeld may extend scope of Iraq abuse probe ? This time apparently higher ups will be included as a general with higher ranking might be made incharge. (FYI: A general of 2 star rank cannot investigate anyone above 2 star rank)
