What do you mean 'throw away'? I am a registered Libertarian, and I agree with their Party platform a Hell of a lot more then I agree with either branch of the Republicrat Party. Anyway, like I said, my State's electoral votes will all be in the Bush column... so it could equally be said that a vote for Bush or Kerry is also 'thrown away' since it couldn't possibly help to decide the contest between the two Republicrats. Only the 'Purple' States are going to do that.
