You don't think they granted themselves any options back when the stock was near $10? If you don't how do you explain more shares outstanding without having a secondary offering? Do you think the stock purchase plan accounts for this?

What I said was that for options issued at fair market value (FMV) the share price had to appreciate for them to make any money by exercising those shares. So your statement about them making money while the shareholders get squat was incorrect. They only made money if the shareholders made money. Now, are you saying that they were issued options at below FMV?
